Senior Dynamics 365 Specialist

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior D365 Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) (formerly F&O) to join our Finance Systems team during a pivotal phase of our digital transformation journey.

This is a key role focused on supporting and advancing our D365 landscape as we approach the delivery of a major finance transformation program. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how the platform evolves, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate real business needs into effective solutions.

In addition to driving proactive improvements in D365, you’ll also provide Level 1 functional support for our broader suite of finance applications, particularly in Purchase Order Management and Travel & Expense Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in D365 FSCM, delivering functional enhancements and solutions that support business goals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to design and implement scalable processes in D365.
• Contribute to the success of a major finance transformation program, including testing, rollout, and adoption support.
• Manage and prioritise functional enhancements, working closely with technical developers and integration leads.
• Provide Level 1 functional support for related finance systems, particularly PO and Expense management platforms.
• Identify opportunities to optimise or automate processes within D365 and beyond.
• Share best practices and help upskill colleagues and business users where needed.

Requirements

We’re open to a range of backgrounds, but success in this role will likely require:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 FSCM, including one or more modules such as General Ledger, AP/AR, Procurement & Sourcing, or Project Management & Accounting.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience working on ERP transformation projects or large-scale finance system deployments.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate business needs into system capabilities.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions in a global organisation.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to related tools in the finance ecosystem especially in the area of PO Management and 'Travel & Expense Management.
• Experience working in an agile or hybrid delivery environment.
