The Opportunity

Senior Manager of Project Management (Onboarding) reporting into the VP, Delivery Services.

The Client Delivery team comprises a group of experienced Technical Project Managers who play a central role in aligning all internal and external resources required to successfully on-board clients onto the ESW e-commerce, logistics and finance platforms. The Project Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating all the key tasks and resources as per project management standards and guidelines on time, on scope and to budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the consolidated Programme plan considering all cross functional teams required to onboard planned portfolio of clients e.g. Technology, Logistics, Finance etc.
  • Work effectively with the client to manage the ensure that the clients and ESW activities are co-ordinated to onboard at the expected timelines and quality.
  • Communicate the impact of changes to all stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ensure quality and standards are achieved throughout the full project plan.
  • Ensure all documentation created for project including Project Plan, Status Reports, Risk Logs etc. are of the highest standards.
  • Monitor onboarded activity post go live for an agreed period and then complete a post implementation prior to handing over to the run organisation.
  • Lead a cross functional team and deliver parallel projects against agreed milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Technology/Engineering or related degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience. Project management qualification mandatory.
  • Proven experience of working with IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies such as Waterfall & Agile & SAFe.
  • Solid track record working on software delivery type projects.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience in supplier management, cloud based (Azure) and .net technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced eCommerce business.
  • Ability to influence and manage multiple partners.
  • Excellent operational organisation skills.
  • High level of initiative and desire to get things done.
  • Willingness to introduce change and challenge existing processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
