Senior Financial Analyst 

The Opportunity

This role will be ideal for a finance professional who can combine financial insights with a passion for improving how Finance operates.

Sitting within Finance Transformation, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Systems,  the Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with FP&A, Finance Operations, Revenue, Taxation and Senior Leadership to deliver clearer insights, stronger controls and more scalable finance processes through modern reporting and automation.

Responsibilities

·       Own and develop executive-level Power BI reporting and dashboards supporting financial performance and decision-making.

·       Lead or contribute to Finance Transformation initiatives including documentation, training and change management.

·       Champion an AI-first mindset within Finance and support adoption of new tools and processes in the deliver of the 93 initiative in the Intake.

·       Design clear, audience-appropriate reporting for Finance, Operations and stakeholders.

·       Partner with FP&A, Finance Operations and Revenue teams to analyse costs, margins and performance drivers.

·       Support optimisation of Dynamics 365 finance system outputs and reporting enhancements.

·       Improve month-end close, billing, reconciliations and intercompany processes through standardised BI reporting.

Requirements

·       Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

·       5+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A, Financial Operations or Finance Transformation roles.

·       The ability to interpret performance and influence stakeholders.

·       Advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, Power Query, DAX) and strong Excel.

·       Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP finance reporting.

·       Excellent communication skills.

·       Structured, delivery-focused problem solver with high ownership.
