Information Technology Project Manager (Senior Level)

Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to possess MBI (IRS Background Investigation) clearance. Active IRS MBI clearance is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Transfer Management: Serve as the Knowledge Transfer Manager, overseeing all areas of information transfer from the incumbent, and developing a final Knowledge Transfer Plan (KTP).
- Task Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a Task Order Program Management Plan (PMP) to track and evaluate performance.
- Reporting & Communication: Facilitate Monthly Status Report (MSR) calls detailing expenditures, progress, and issues "The Contractor shall facilitate a Monthly Status Report (MSR) Call that includes presentation materials... outlining expenditures, billings, progress, status, and any problems.
- Annual Planning: Schedule and facilitate an Annual Planning Meeting with Government stakeholders to discuss upcoming activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's level degree or higher in an Information Technology related discipline from an accredited college or university. (Master's level degree preferred).
- Experience: Demonstrated experience with IT management related to managing IT projects or managing IT-related security assessments across multiple platforms.
- Certifications (Minimum of one): CAP, CND, CompTIA Cloud+, GSLC, CompTIA Security+ CE, HCISPP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), CCISO, or PMP.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of government computing environments including mainframes, virtual/cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMWare), network architecture, and security guidelines (NIST 800-53, FIPS, CIS, STIGs).
