Computer & Information Systems Manager (SME Level) / Senior Program Manager

Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Security Clearance: Must be eligible to possess MBI (IRS Background Investigation) clearance. Active IRS MBI clearance is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Program & Personnel Management: Provide SME-level leadership overseeing contractor personnel, managing subordinates, and handling personnel issues and direction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial projections, track expenditures, and provide fiscal oversight of program funding.
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the execution of cybersecurity program management for government work, utilizing working knowledge of IRS organizations, infrastructure, and security initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's level degree or higher in any technical, business, or management discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management capacity managing personnel, financial tracking, and cybersecurity program management.
- Certifications (Minimum of one): CAP, CND, CompTIA Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), or CCISO.
- Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of government computing environments, networking standards (VPN, TLS, VoIP), and compliance mandates (IRS Pub 1075, NIST Risk Management Framework).
