Security Clearance: Active Public Trust or higher security clearance
Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Location: Hybrid (Tentative). Work may be performed remotely, with potential onsite work in Washington, DC, pending final client confirmation.
Position Description:
The Operations Manager/Security Compliance Lead is responsible for maintaining the security, privacy, and operational continuity of the ICAM environment. This individual leads the development and execution of security plans, ensures compliance with HSPD-12, FICAM, FIPS, and NIST requirements, manages Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and oversees continuous diagnostics, mitigation, and incident response. This leader also directs credentialing operations and operationalizes quality assurance and continuous improvement plans.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in security operations for federal identity or cybersecurity programs.
- In-depth knowledge of HSPD-12, FICAM, FIPS, NIST SP 800-53, and federal ATO processes.
- Security certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust or higher clearance.
Value-Added Experience:
- Security operations leadership for high-value assets in DHS/USCIS or comparable agencies.
- Delivery of CDM reporting and coordination with CISA or DHS cyber teams.
- Rapid operational onboarding and transition management.
