Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Location: Hybrid (Tentative). Work may be performed remotely, with potential onsite work in Washington, DC, pending final client confirmation.
Position Description:
The Legacy System Integration Lead is responsible for managing the technical integration and modernization of legacy and mainframe applications within the ICAM environment. This includes implementing PIV/PKI SSO for legacy platforms, designing phased migrations, risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring legacy security requirements are met while enabling modern user access controls.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience integrating or modernizing mainframe/legacy applications within large federal environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of SSO, PKI technologies, and phased modernization best practices.
Value-Added Experience:
- Success in guiding IRS/DHS or comparable agencies through legacy-to-modern ICAM transitions.
- Deep familiarity with mainframe security and risk mitigation.
