ePACS / Credentialing Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Security Clearance: Active Public Trust or higher security clearance
Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Location: Hybrid (Tentative). Work may be performed remotely, with potential onsite work in Washington, DC, pending final client confirmation.
Position Description:
This position leads the design, implementation, and management of ePACS and credentialing systems, ensuring seamless integration with the logical ICAM layer. Responsible for badge issuance, physical access lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance with HSPD-12 and FICAM, this SME also advises on the convergence of physical and logical access systems.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years’ direct experience supporting federal PACS/ePACS operations and credential issuance.
- Proven knowledge of FICAM, HSPD-12 badge processes, and physical access integration.
Value-Added Experience:
- Prior leadership in converging physical and logical access within DHS or federal settings.
- Automation and process optimization for card/badge lifecycles.
