Quality Manager / Transition Lead

Security Clearance: Active Public Trust or higher security clearance
Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Location: Hybrid (Tentative). Work may be performed remotely, with potential onsite work in Washington, DC, pending final client confirmation.
Position Description:
This role ensures overall quality management, continuous improvement, and seamless project transition from incumbent teams. The Quality Manager oversees compliance with SLAs, QASP, process optimization, QA/QC audits, and the development of metrics to ensure contract deliverables meet or exceed USCIS and DHS expectations.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience managing QA/QC programs for federal IT/cyber efforts.
- Demonstrated experience with rapid transition planning and execution for large contracts.
- Familiarity with institutional process standards (CMMI, ISO 9001/20000/27001).
Value-Added Experience:
- High CPARs for quality/transition performance on federal programs.
- Proven process improvement, risk mitigation, and institutional knowledge transfer capabilities.
