Solutions Engineer

Location: Must be available onsite in Washington, DC as required (hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote).
Citizenship: US Citizen (MUST)
Security Clearance: Must pass all required background checks and clearances.
Role Summary:
The Solutions Engineer plans and executes detailed technical integrations, oversees the configuration of ICAM products, and works closely with system owners to ensure seamless migration from legacy to modern platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and deploy integration points between new ICAM solutions and existing systems and applications.
- Plan and implement automated user provisioning/deprovisioning, federation, and self-service features.
- Work with stakeholders to address technical issues, resolve integration conflicts, and ensure high availability.
- Support QA and operational handover for each implementation phase.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years’ experience as a systems/solutions engineer in ICAM or enterprise identity/security environments.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft/AWS, or similar preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in system integration projects and delivering in federal IT environments.
Technical Skills:
- PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript for custom API hooks and automated workflows. Terraform, FIDO and Mulesoft or Kong.
