Location: Primarily Bethesda, MD with frequent telework; on-site support may be required; telework is Government-authorized.

Position Overview:
We are hiring experienced engineers for SharePoint & OpenText Development - SharePoint Lead (.NET) to provide continuity of operations and lifecycle development support for NIDA’s Microsoft SharePoint Online (GCC) and OpenText Content Suite (Livelink) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational health, administration, maintenance, and technical support for SharePoint Online and OpenText Content Suite.
- Serve as primary technical POC for platform issues (workflow failures, errors, user issues) and coordinate timely resolution.
- Implement and manage platform security/access controls in coordination with ISSO; support authorized MFA implementations.
- Execute full lifecycle development: business analysis, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Design and maintain platform architecture (site collections, metadata, content types, workflows); plan/execute content migrations.
- Support governance and compliance: SOPs, policies, audits, documentation, and user training.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years implementing SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Experience with SPFx, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API; source control (Azure DevOps/Git) and CI/CD preferred.
- Agile/Scrum experience required. Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG desirable.
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Developer Associate / Microsoft 365 Developer Associate) preferred.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain required government security clearance.
