About the Role
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team focused on developing and scaling internal tools used in embedded software development for global engineering teams. The ideal candidate combines deep embedded systems knowledge with strong software engineering skills to build robust tooling, automation pipelines, and web-based dashboards that accelerate development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation tools for embedded software development workflows
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Docker, and Conan package management
- Develop scalable full-stack applications using Python
- Implement automated testing frameworks and integrate static code analysis tools (e.g., PC-LINT Plus)
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis on complex embedded and tooling issues
- Manage and optimize SQL databases supporting internal engineering platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global customer engineering teams as the technical SPOC
- Leverage AI-assisted development practices to enhance productivity and code quality
- Write and maintain shell scripts (Bash) for Linux-based build and automation environments

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in embedded software tools and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with global, cross-functional engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with specialized Python libraries:
- python-can, pymodbus, scapy, numpy, scikit-learn
- Professional background in Automotive (e.g., Autonomous Driving, EV) or Industrial Automation sectors
- Solid knowledge of Linux system administration and shell scripting (Bash)
