Job Title: Event Marketing Manager
Overview: The Events Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role utilizing events to drive demand and deliver measurable business results. We are looking for a highly skilled, organized, and results-driven B2B marketer who is passionate about building impactful strategies to drive event success. The Events Marketing Manager will oversee planning, executing, and managing all aspects of virtual webinars, masterclasses, and conferences; all designed to support lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Build and Own Event Marketing Strategies: You will lead the planning and execution of event marketing strategies that align with business goals, contribute to lead generation, pipeline growth, and help drive revenue growth
- Identify, schedule, and maintain virtual events calendar of virtual webinars, masterclasses, and conferences, ensuring alignment with lead generation and sales goals
- Manage the creation of event-related content, including promotional materials, social media kits, and post-event summaries
- Design and manage hybrid and virtual event portals to enhance the attendee experience and increase engagement
Event Execution and Operations: You will ensure seamless coordination of all event logistics and operations
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors, materials, and event details.
- Administer day-to-day event activities, including sponsorship management, vendor oversight, planning, registration, email communication, and invoicing
- Ensure smooth integration between event registration platforms, virtual event tools, HubSpot, and Salesforce to maintain accurate attendee data, communication, and lead tracking across the event lifecycle
- Manage tradeshow materials and ensure appropriate inventory levels and shipping logistics for events
- Project manage and execute sponsorship deliverables, experience, and reporting
Attendee Experience: Your events will deliver exceptional attendee experiences that drive brand loyalty and engagement.
- Coordinate pre-event communications and ensure smooth execution during and after the event
- Design and manage hybrid and virtual event portals that enhance attendee experiences and drive engagement
Performance Measurement & Reporting: You will analyze and optimize event performance through data-driven insights.
- Track and report on key event metrics such as registration numbers, lead generation, lead-to-customers ratio, conversions, attribution and ROI
- Analyze event data to inform strategies for improving impact, conversion, and pipeline growth
- Work with sales teams to follow up on leads, ensuring timely conversion between marketing and sales
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to reuse and repackage event content to maximize ROI
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B event management with demonstrated success in managing events in a hybrid setting
- Proficiency in virtual event platforms (Accelevents preferred)
- Strong knowledge of event KPIs and analyzing results
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, and Canva
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, with the ability to craft messaging and event experiences tailored to different stages of the funnel
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership
- 15% travel required for live events
