This role will put you at the heart of our direct-to-consumer product efforts, where you'll work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other analysts to generate insights and guide product decisions. You’ll support experimentation initiatives, dive deep into behavioral data to uncover trends, and help shape the user experience by ensuring decisions are grounded in data.
You’ll be expected to think critically, move fast, and communicate clearly—turning complex problems into opportunities and data into clarity. If you’re passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature goals and support A/B testing initiatives—including test design, instrumentation, and analysis of results to understand user behavior and product impact
- Conduct exploratory analyses and deep dives into user data to identify opportunities for improving product experiences and performance
- Create and maintain dashboards and frameworks that track key metrics and provide visibility into product performance
- Communicate analytical findings clearly, providing actionable recommendations to product and business stakeholders
- Partner with data engineers to help maintain scalable data models and ensure consistent business logic across systems
- Support the development of a data-informed culture by advocating for test-and-learn approaches, user-centric metrics, and thoughtful interpretation of results
- Become a subject matter expert on product performance data and trends
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, and/or data-driven product management
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency with data visualization tools to build intuitive dashboards and communicate insights (e.g., Mode, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience in A/B testing and a good understanding of experimentation principles
- Familiarity with statistical methods such as regression analysis and confidence intervals
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights for technical and non-technical audiences
