About the Role

As a People Partner, you will shape and support our growth by managing a wide range of HR functions, from daily operations to strategic initiatives. You will partner with leaders and employees, including the Revenue CX team, to maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. This role requires operational expertise, strategic thinking, and employee advocacy. The role also requires a minimum of 3 days in-office presence, with a shift between 2 pm and 11 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support and Operations: Provide day-to-day support for People services, address employee inquiries, manage HR tools/processes, oversee the HRIS, and administer leaves of absence.
  • Compliance and Administration: Drive compliance, deliver data reports, assess compliance risks, ensure adherence to labor laws, and contribute to the company handbook.
  • Vendor Management and Systems: Manage vendor relationships, research tools, advocate for company needs, and synchronize HR systems (e.g., ADP, Greenhouse).
  • Talent Management and Development: Improve onboarding/offboarding (including immigration), gather metrics on retention, promotion, hiring, and diversity.
  • Strategic HR and Culture: Help build HR/People Ops systems, implement processes, advocate for employees, and address long-term organizational needs.
  • Business Partnership:
    • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
    • Provide compensation and leveling guidance to business unit leaders.
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
    • Drive business unit organizational design and talent strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
    • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching to increase productivity and unlock performance. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of up skilling initiatives to  ensure success. Follow up to ensure up-skilling objectives are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years experience with HR & compliance
  • Knowledge of benefits marketplace
  • Comfortable guiding People Operations strategy and execution
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree Preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Solid understanding of business goals, P&Ls, people, and organizations
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
