About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead our B2B marketing strategy across the full customer journey. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative programs across multiple channels including email, SMS, in-product, social and events to drive conversions, enhance customer engagement, and maximize lifetime value for our suite of agent-focused insurance and fintech products.

You will manage and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers, drive high impact engagement strategies, and ensure effective execution of programs across channels. You will be a data-driven leader, leveraging experimentation and insights to create compelling experiences and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. 

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, the ability to roll up their sleeves and jump into new challenges, and at least 8 years of experience in marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy and leadership

  • Own the integrated marketing roadmap across lifecycle, social, in product, and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy across lifecycle, social, in-product and events
  • Lead and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs, focusing on driving onboarding, engagement & retention.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Channel ownership and execution

  • Lead strategy, testing, and performance across email, push, SMS, onsite and in app messaging, and social channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign management process, including strategic planning, creative briefing, audience segmentation, A/B testing, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Create cohesive customer journeys that span awareness through retention.
  • Drive content, creative, and campaign execution in partnership with internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner with product marketing to translate positioning into channel ready programs.
  • Work cross functionally with Sales to support ABM, events, and field activation.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and move customers through the funnel.

Analytics and insights

  • Establish and monitor KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate lifecycle marketing effectiveness. 
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, clearly demonstrating marketing’s impact on business objectives.
  • Partner with analytics to design experiments, monitor performance, and surface insights.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to refine journeys and inform roadmap decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for impact
  • Analytical rigor and comfort with segmentation, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Customer IO, Braze, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of experimentation, personalization strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $203,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
