About the role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll lead cross-team programs that move the business forward, from carrier integrations and partner launches to internal tooling and platform improvements. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, keep many teams pulling in the same direction, and make sure what we ship is what we meant to ship.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up.
  • Lead high-impact programs end to end with minimal oversight, owning the outcome rather than just the plan.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to turn goals into clear plans, milestones, and owners.
  • Spot risks and dependencies early, raise them plainly, and drive decisions instead of waiting on consensus.
  • Keep program health visible with crisp written updates, so leaders and teams always know where things stand.
  • Dig into technical details (architecture, integrations, data flows) well enough to ask the right questions and make good tradeoffs.
  • Run retrospectives after every launch and feed what you learn back into how we plan and execute.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of technical program management (or similar) at a technology company.
  • A track record of delivering complex programs that span multiple engineering teams.
  • Enough technical depth to engage with engineers on system design, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and the judgment to prioritize and adjust quickly.
  • A data-driven approach: you define success metrics up front and measure against them.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with partner or third-party integrations.
  • Experience using AI tools to speed up planning, reporting, and execution.

The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 - $235,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
