We’ve raised over AUD$160M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber, Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets, offline channels, and tackle new conditions.

We're looking for an Automations Lead to transform how we deliver healthcare services at Eucalyptus. You'll be responsible for scaling our Gen AI-powered automation initiatives across our clinical, support and health coaching services, working with cutting-edge technology to improve our patient experience and drive operational efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery in Australia.

This role reports into the Head of Patient Operations, working closely with:

  • Our automations team, largely based in the Philippines
  • Our service, product and engineering teams
  • Leadership teams, including Managing Director
  • Lorikeet AI (Based in Sydney).

About the role (what you’ll be doing)

  • Automation Roadmap Development: Build and own the services automation roadmap by deeply understanding our patient experience, systems, and processes. You'll identify the highest-impact opportunities and set clear targets for automation success.
  • People Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and develop a team of automation specialists, largely based in Manila, building their technical capabilities in automation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and patient-first thinking.
  • Execution Excellence: Develop and maintain our automation implementation playbook, ensuring we have robust processes for rolling out new automations and optimising existing ones through effective feedback loops.
  • Performance & Analytics: Define, track, and improve our automation success metrics, using data to drive decision-making and demonstrate impact to stakeholders across the business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical teams, cross-border service teams, product, engineering, and our automation platform partner (Lorikeet) to ensure our automation initiatives align with business objectives and maintain our high standards of care.

About you (Who we are looking for)

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in roles such as program management, operations leadership, product management, customer success, or technical implementation.
  • Proven track record of breaking down complex problems into actionable milestones and communicating plans effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in identifying automation opportunities and measuring impact.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, particularly in areas like prompt engineering and natural language processing.
  • Project management expertise, including stakeholder management and leading distributed, cross-border teams.
  • Experience working in healthcare or highly regulated industries is valuable but not required.
