Motion Designer, Manila

Manila, Manila, Philippines

Healthcare is usually slow and boring. We believe in its potential to be exciting and entertaining. But changing the healthcare experience is hard – and we’re gonna need all the help we can get!

About Euc

We’re making good health last a lifetime

More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.

Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

  • We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
  • Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.

What’s next?

In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.

We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.

If that gets you excited, let’s talk!

We're hiring: Motion Designer

We’re on the lookout for a Motion Designer with a knack for storytelling and a sharp eye for digital/social content. In this role, you’ll bring brand stories to life through engaging motion graphics and animated content, with support across video editing when needed. You’ll collaborate with Copywriters & Designers to build thumb-stopping work that performs across social, paid media, and digital channels.

About the role (What you’ll do):

  • Interpret creative briefs and turn them into visually compelling motion/video work, optimised for digital and social platforms.
  • Design and animate assets for vertical and landscape formats, working across channels like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, BVOD, and TV.
  • Apply motion design techniques to drive performance and engagement (e.g. thumb-stopping hooks, kinetic typography, animated transitions), as well as support on light-to-mid video editing
  • Collaborate with Copywriters & Designers to brainstorm new concepts, formats, and content ideas.
  • Keep up to date on animation trends, motion tools, and techniques that keep your work feeling fresh and relevant.

About you (Who you are):

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a solid portfolio of work across digital channels (bonus points if it includes performance marketing content).
  • Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro—you can animate and edit with confidence.
  • Strong design fundamentals and an understanding of how to apply motion principles in a way that enhances storytelling and brand recognition.
  • Comfortable building narratives through motion or editing, always with an eye on what will hook the viewer.
  • Able to manage your own timelines, respond to feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • A proactive team player, confident working in a fast-moving environment and willing to experiment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with tools like Iconik, LucidLink, and Figma.
  • Bonus skill in sound design.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
