About Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is an Australian founded digital healthcare company that is on a mission to solve the world’s biggest healthcare challenges - think fertility, and behavioural change around chronic conditions such as weight loss, diabetes, and mental health.

Founded in Australia in 2019, we have now helped over 500K patients globally by combining technology, design and operational excellence to help patients access the best clinical support when they need it - wherever they are.

Our 5 clinics (JuniperPilot, KinSoftware, & Compound) focus heavily on personalising the experience for different demographics and are powered by a growing team across 5 countries (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, and the Philippines).

We’ve raised over AUD$160M in funding from Aussie and Silicon Valley investors who were early backers of Uber, Canva and AirBnb. With plans to launch into several more markets, offline channels, and tackle new conditions.

About the role

We’re after a Senior Content Producer to supercharge Pilot’s content output. You get how modern advertising lives and breathes on digital platforms, and you know what work grabs attention.

You’ve got on-set experience and can lead with confidence, whether it’s a quick and dirty iPhone shoot, or a full-scale TVC campaign. We’re looking for you to scale our talent roster and shooting frequency, whilst owning the workflow end-to-end. You’ll have a dedicated Content Producer in the team to support, coach, and help you lead the charge.

We do almost everything in-house, so this is a chance to do it all. You’ll work on fast, funny content with comedians and creators, and ship more in 3 months than most agencies do in a year.

If you get the new age of content and want to make work that improves the lives of Aussie men, this is your gig. With a brand on track to smash through $70M+ in annual revenue, the creative runway here is massive.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scale and run the content engine to 5x Pilot’s video output. Owning end-to-end production of internal shoots and content, along with external agency support.
  • Build a reliable talent roster to allow for weekly content shoots either in-studio, on location, or remote.
  • Work with the Creative Lead and Content Producer to build the internal systems that can support weekly content shoots.
  • Collaborating with the Videographer, Video Editors & Creatives to answer briefs and bring content to life via production problem solving, logistics and wranlging.
  • Work with the Creative Lead to Produce larger landscape campaigns for BVOD and TV that may require external Crew, Production Companies, and a detailed post-production schedule.
  • Support the Creative Lead with relationship management and partnership comms, as well as the production of proactive brand campaigns and activations.
  • Own the system to acquire and utilise Patient testimonials, nurturing relationships, gaining usage rights and identifying opportunities to bring real customer stories to life through content.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, external crew, internal creatives and key stakeholders.
  • Own talent management, agreements, and the usage tracking system.
  • Ensure the profitability of advertising projects through accurate forecasting, project budgeting and tracking of all costs, including excellent negotiation and minimisation scope creep.

About you (Who you are):

  • Have at least 5+ years of experience in a social content or advertising environment with producer and/or content management responsibilities.
  • Have on-set experience as the lead Producer, wrangling crew, approvals, shoot schedules, and talent.
  • Enjoys working with Creative peers, and has a passion for bringing ideas to live via video. You are confident to share your ideas and production solutions to drive projects forward.
  • Skills in creative operations, such as traffic management, resource organisation, and workflow systems to ensure team alignment with milestones and deadlines.
  • Be able to align peers and teams by distilling complex production problems into actionable project milestones and clear project plans.
  • Be incredibly organised with extreme attention to detail—someone who strives to bring oder to the creative chaos.
  • A collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, who is unafraid to ask questions, and is comfortable communicating upwards to stakeholders.
  • Have excellent stakeholder management skills, and existing relationships with a suite of Australian suppliers and production partners.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you will need to balance quality with velocity and a MVP mindset.
  • Have a demo reel with your best work.

Nice to have:

  • Large scale TVC production experience
  • 1st AC on set skills / Directing experience
  • Celebrity talent management experience
  • Art Direction experience
  • Basic editing skills
  • Basic shooting skills
