To realise our vision of building a world-leading preventative care ecosystem, we’re significantly expanding our Engineering team across Europe. As part of this growth, we’re seeking an experienced Engineering leader to help shape the future of our business. Making it a unique and pivotal opportunity to influence both strategy and execution at scale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a critical Engineering leadership hire in the region. 

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-velocity team focused on rapid experimentation and innovation to unlock new growth channels and optimize existing ones across the full customer lifecycle. From awareness and acquisition through retention, revenue, and referral. Operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, you’ll own the delivery of sophisticated growth initiatives that drive measurable commercial impact. Partnering closely with product, marketing, and data teams, you’ll define the growth roadmap and recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to execute on it.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED ?

  • Strategic, hands-on engineering leader passionate about driving measurable growth in fast-paced, evolving environments.  
  • Experience recruiting and building world class, high performing engineering teams
  • A proven ability of balancing rapid experimentation analytics, and A/B testing with thoughtful execution consistently delivering impactful results..
  • Experience bridging technical delivery and growth marketing, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals
  • ​​Comfortable designing and leading data-driven experiments that inform product direction and optimize user engagement across the funnel
  • Ability to thrive in agile, high-speed settings where quality and team morale remain top priorities
  • Skilled at navigating uncertainty and shifting priorities while inspiring and motivating your team.

Hands-on experience in at least one part of our stack is essential:

  • Mobile: React Native, iOS/Android
  • Web Frontend: React, TypeScript, Apollo, Tailwind
  • Backend: TypeScript, Go, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, gRPC
  • Hosting: GCP, AWS
