It is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. Our published clinical research on Juniper demonstrates that patients in our program are 4x as likely to lose significant weight through their course of treatment. For our other clinics, we apply the same evidence-based philosophy of combining medical science, personalised care, and behavioural insights to improve patient outcomes**.**

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months…

• Globally, grew revenue by >130% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree (early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and AirBnb)
• Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program
• Grew from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS
• Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025

What’s next?

Our goal for the next 3 years is to be supporting 1 million patients globally - to live better for longer - by launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventative healthcare ecosystem.

About the role (What you'll be doing)

In this role,

• You’ll own our social media strategy end to end - developing and executing content, channel, and engagement plans that drive audience growth and tie directly to our brand goals. 
• You’ll be hands-on in producing standout content, from filming and editing short- and long-form videos to creating thumb-stopping reels and static posts.
• You’ll be the voice of our brand across social platforms, engaging with communities, sparking conversations, and building a positive, trusted presence. Success will be measured not just by reach and engagement, but by how social impacts brand perception and digital performance.
• You’ll work closely with growth, product, SEO, and PR to make sure our content amplifies broader initiatives and feels fully connected across the business.

About you (Who You Are)

1. You have 3-5 years of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing.
2. You know the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and stay on top of platform best practices
3. You’re a visual storyteller with hands-on skills in video production, photography, and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva)
4. You’re confident using analytics tools to track performance and optimise content for growth
5. You understand how to build and grow communities, and know how to tap into UGC and influencer partnerships
6. You bring an understanding of SEO for social content to improve reach and discoverability
7. You can plan strategically, manage calendars, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable impact
8. You thrive working cross-functionally, keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment
9. You love creative problem-solving and jump on new trends with curiosity and agility
