Corporate FP&A Manager
Healthcare is usually slow and boring. We believe in its potential to be exciting and entertaining. But changing the healthcare experience is hard – and we’re gonna need all the help we can get!
About Euc
We're Making Good Health Last a Lifetime
More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
- Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
What’s next?
In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.
We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be highly challenging, very rewarding and the adventure of a lifetime, working with the best operators you will ever encounter.
If that gets you excited, let’s talk!
At Eucalyptus, we’re building a new kind of healthcare company — one that uses technology, brand, and empathy to deliver better patient outcomes at scale. We move fast, think big, and expect our finance leaders to be just as ambitious.
We’re looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager to own the end-to-end company-wide planning process, drive strategic decision-making, and make sure our financial roadmap is as bold as our growth plans. This role sits at the heart of our Finance team, partnering with the CFO, Strategic Finance, and Business Finance to translate our mission into numbers, models, and actionable insights.
What you’ll do
- Own and lead the consolidated planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company.
- Develop and maintain Group-level financial plans and strategic models that underpin our growth story.
- Shape the P&L with top-down market and competitor analyses.
- Consolidate and review inputs from Strategic Finance and Business Finance FP&A teams to create a single, aligned financial picture.
- Partner with the People Team on workforce and headcount planning.
- Prepare board, investor, and executive reporting packs with clear narratives that connect the dots between numbers and strategy.
- Drive scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to inform big strategic calls.
- Align financial planning with company goals, OKRs, and capital strategy.
- Own the group P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Work with the CFO and finance leadership on capital allocation and funding strategy.
- Ensure consistency in planning assumptions, definitions, and metrics across the business.
- Coordinate across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other central finance functions.
- Build financial models to evaluate major initiatives like M&A, new market launches, and product expansions.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and governance at the group level.
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, with experience in a high-growth, complex business environment.
- A track record of owning planning cycles end-to-end at the group or corporate level.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills — you can connect business levers to the numbers.
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modelling and financial analysis skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
