Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months…

• Globally, grew revenue by >130% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree (early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and AirBnb)
• Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program
• Grew from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS
• Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025

About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing):

At Eucalyptus, we’re building a new kind of healthcare company — one that uses technology, brand, and empathy to deliver better patient outcomes at scale. Our Finance team is at the heart of making that happen, turning data into decisions that drive growth.

We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst – Forecasting to support our Corporate FP&A Manager in Sydney. You’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s future - owning forecast models, driving planning processes, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders across the business.

You’ll partner closely with the Corporate FP&A Manager and functional teams to ensure we’re anticipating what’s next - not just reporting what’s happened. 

• Build, own, and continuously improve short- and long-term financial forecast models across revenue, costs, and cash flow
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes - partnering with business units to gather inputs, stress-test assumptions, and challenge performance expectations
• Develop and refine scenario models to evaluate strategic options and sensitivities.
• Identify leading indicators and drivers to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making
• Translate forecast outputs into insights for management packs, board reports, and strategic planning discussion
• Partner with Accounting and Data teams to ensure alignment between actuals and forecast inputs
• Design and implement automation and tools that streamline forecasting processes and enhance agility
• Support ad hoc financial modeling and “what-if” analysis to evaluate new initiatives or investments

About You (Who You Are)

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or a finance analyst role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills - able to build and manage dynamic, driver-based models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - you thrive on turning ambiguity into structure
• Confident communicator, able to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive and curious - always looking for ways to improve accuracy and foresight
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus
