About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)

At Eucalyptus, we’re building a new kind of healthcare company — one that uses technology, brand, and empathy to deliver better patient outcomes at scale. Our Finance team is at the heart of making that happen, turning data into decisions that drive growth.

We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst – Reporting to support our Corporate FP&A Manager in Sydney. You’ll play a critical role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting across the company — from management packs to board decks. You’ll be the detail-obsessed, data-driven backbone of the FP&A function, ensuring our numbers tell the right story every time.

  • Prepare and maintain recurring FP&A reports, including management reporting, board packs, investor updates, and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Support the month-end process by consolidating actuals, validating data, and preparing variance analyses.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure consistency in metrics, definitions, and assumptions.
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting cycles, updating models and consolidating inputs from across the business.
  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reporting templates, databases, and automation processes to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests from the Corporate FP&A Manager, CFO, and wider leadership team.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for scalability.

About You (Who You Are)

  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or a finance analyst role.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, modelling).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Clear communication skills — able to translate numbers into insights.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot and fix issues before they become problems.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus.

Why You Should Join Euc
