About Euc

We’re making good health last a lifetime

More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity — a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team. It is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. These clinics create one ecosystem designed to make good health last a lifetime. 🌿

Our published clinical research on Juniper demonstrates that patients in our program are 4x as likely to lose significant weight through their course of treatment. For our other clinics, we apply the same evidence-based philosophy of combining medical science, personalised care, and behavioural insights to improve patient outcomes**.**

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months…

  • Globally, grew revenue by >130% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree (early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and AirBnb)
  • Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program
  • Grew from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025

What’s next?

Our goal for the next 3 years is to be supporting 1 million patients globally - to live better for longer - by launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventative healthcare ecosystem.

We’re going to build the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. This will be really hard to do, but very rewarding and possibly, the adventure of a lifetime with some of the best operators you will ever work with.If that gets you excited, let’s talk.

About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)

As a Senior Reporting & Technical Accountant at Eucalyptus, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality, IFRS-compliant financial reporting. You’ll be responsible for driving accuracy and consistency across our reporting processes, supporting technical accounting analysis, and ensuring compliance with evolving accounting standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and wants to take ownership of reporting processes from end to end - while working closely with teams across Finance, FP&A, and wider business functions.

  • Own financial reporting processes - deliver timely, accurate, and complete financial statements under IFRS and AASB standards, supported by robust documentation and internal controls.
  • Drive process improvement - design and implement repeatable, scalable reporting frameworks to support the company’s growth.
  • Manage reporting timelines - coordinate inputs across accounting, FP&A, and other teams to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Perform technical accounting research - prepare high-quality technical papers on complex transactions, new standards, and accounting judgments.
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles — including board reporting, external audit, and investor deliverables.
  • Prepare and review complex reconciliations - ensure accuracy and completeness of key balance sheet accounts, including intercompany, revenue, and other high-volume or judgmental balances.
  • Partner with auditors - manage the external audit process and ensure a smooth and transparent audit experience.
  • Stay ahead of change - monitor emerging IFRS standards, assess impacts, and support the implementation of new accounting practices.
  • Mentor and collaborate - provide guidance on complex accounting topics and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the finance team.

About You (Who You Are)

You’re technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing precision with pragmatism. You bring both the depth of IFRS knowledge and the drive to continuously improve how things are done.
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • 4+ years’ experience in external audit (Top 10 firm) or a similar financial reporting role in a listed company. First movers from audit encouraged to apply.
  • Experience auditing or preparing consolidated financial statements for listed entities
  • Proven ability to prepare or review technical accounting papers under IFRS
  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Skilled in managing audit relationships and external stakeholder expectations
  • Demonstrated experience reconciling complex and high-volume balance sheet accounts
  • Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border audit/reporting environments (bonus)
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (bonus)
  • A self-starter who enjoys improving processes and finding smarter ways to work

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
