The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition for the launch and growth of Juniper in the Canadian market. This is a hands-on individual contributor role at launch, with the opportunity to build and lead a local growth team as the market scales.

You’ll own paid acquisition end to end, working closely with creative, product, analytics, and operations to drive efficient patient growth in a new market. This role is ideal for a growth marketer who has owned meaningful acquisition outcomes and is ready to step into broader strategy, market ownership, and people leadership over time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own paid acquisition performance for the Canadian market, from strategy through execution
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google (Search & YouTube), with exposure to TikTok and emerging channels
  • Be hands-on with campaign setup, budgeting, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Partner closely with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad concepts, building a strong test → measure → learn loop
  • Analyze performance data to identify key drivers, improve CAC and conversion rates, and scale efficiently
  • Manage channel budgets responsibly, balancing growth and efficiency to support a healthy P&L
  • Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and operations to align acquisition efforts with patient experience and business goals
  • Lead growth execution personally in the early days, while laying the foundations to build and scale a local growth team over time
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve performance

About you

  • 4–6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with clear end-to-end ownership of paid acquisition
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads; experience with YouTube and TikTok is a plus
  • Proven ability to scale acquisition while maintaining CAC targets
  • Deep understanding of creative performance and how to iterate on messaging, formats, and concepts to drive results
  • Comfortable operating as a senior IC: strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
  • Working knowledge of attribution, experimentation, and full-funnel measurement, with the ability to partner closely with analytics, product, and engineering teams
  • Experience managing budgets and making data-driven trade-offs to optimize efficiency
  • Thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments typical of new market launches
  • Motivated by ownership, impact, and the opportunity to grow into broader leadership over time

Why you should join Euc

  • We move at incredible speed - You’ll work with team mates who build in the open by sharing their work freely, this helps us learn and iterate quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than our competitors. You’ll **spend a lot of time outside of your comfort zone learning and iterating frequently, we wouldn’t have it any other way
  • We will invest in your career - You’ll get access to an annual professional development budget, mentors and buddies to ensure that you have the support you need to level up. You can expect regular performance and pay reviews as your career grows.
  • We are all owners - You’ll be given equity to ensure that you are able to benefit in the upside of your contribution in helping Euc grow. Your ideas will be valued regardless of your role, you will have ownership over the projects you work on which will feel both terrifying but extremely fulfilling
