About the Role

We’re looking for a Webflow Developer based in Manila to join our global Webflow team and work closely with the Juniper Australia Product Growth team.

This role is focused on building, shipping and optimising high-quality patient-facing web experiences - primarily landing pages and acquisition journeys - that directly impact conversion, trust, and patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate daily with designers, copywriters, analysts, and growth stakeholders to bring ideas to life quickly and to a high standard in Webflow.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who cares deeply about craft, speed, and building things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, maintain, and optimise Juniper’s Webflow websites, with a focus on landing pages and patient acquisition journeys.
  • Develop responsive pages, CMS-driven templates, and reusable components that support growth, SEO, and experimentation.
  • Implement animations, interactions, and light custom code to enhance user experience and brand expression.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and the Juniper Product Growth team to ship work to brief, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Work within a sprint-based development process to deliver new features, experiments, and improvements.
  • Uphold best practices in Webflow development and site hygiene, including documentation, QA, and handoff readiness.
  • Continuously improve shared components, reduce redundancy, and help increase team efficiency and build speed.

About You

  • Strong proficiency in Webflow and page-builder CMS platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high bar for visual quality and responsiveness across devices.
  • Able to work autonomously, manage your own work, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to plan and organise website structures that are easy to update and can grow over time, allowing changes to be made across multiple pages efficiently.
  • Collaborative and communicative — you enjoy working closely with designers, writers, and growth teams.
  • Open to feedback and continuously improving your craft.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Figma and design handoff workflows.
  • Experience with third party tools and code libraries like Finsweet, GSAP and Swiper.JS
  • Experience with automation tools or third-party integrations (e.g. Zapier).
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Exposure to analytics or experimentation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, A/B testing tools).

Why Join Eucalyptus

  • Real impact: Your work will directly shape how patients experience care and decide to start treatment.
  • High ownership: You’ll ship meaningful work quickly, with clear context on why it matters.
  • Strong collaboration: Work closely with high-performing growth, design, and product teams.
  • Growth opportunities: Learn from a global team and continue developing your technical and product skills.
