About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We’re looking for a Head of Product Growth to shape and own how Juniper retains and grows patient value through its digital experience.
This role will shape how thousands of patients experience Juniper after they enter care. From onboarding through long-term engagement, you’ll define the strategy and priorities across retention, lifecycle, and LTV, ensuring we build clear, trustworthy, high-performing experiences that support patients throughout their journey with us.
Your core metrics will center on retention, engagement, and LTV. You’ll lead the Product Growth team to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and deliver meaningful enhancements across the patient lifecycle, raising the bar on quality, personalization, and performance across every key touchpoint.
This role will also play an important part in Juniper’s ecosystem expansion, helping shape the go-to-market approach for new products, services, and patient experiences as we evolve beyond weight management into a broader preventative healthcare platform.
You’ll lead the Product Growth function and report directly to the General Manager, Juniper Australia, sitting on the Juniper leadership team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own Juniper’s retention and lifecycle strategy: Define and lead the roadmap across onboarding, lifecycle journeys, retention initiatives, reactivation flows, and LTV expansion opportunities.
- Lead the Product Growth function: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team across lifecycle, CRM, design, copy, and product growth strategy.
- Deeply understand the patient mindset: Analyze behavioral data, speak to patients, map friction and motivation, and translate insights into high-impact lifecycle and engagement initiatives.
- Build high-performing digital experiences: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to deliver intuitive, trustworthy, and engaging experiences across onboarding, retention, and ongoing patient engagement.
- Drive disciplined experimentation and prioritization: Establish testing frameworks, prioritization logic, and reporting standards that focus the team on the highest-leverage opportunities across retention and LTV.
- Support ecosystem expansion and GTM: Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and scale new products, services, and patient experiences within Juniper.
- Be accountable for performance outcomes: Own retention, engagement, reactivation, and LTV metrics, and focus the team on what moves the needle.
Who You Are
You’ll likely bring 6+ years of experience across product growth, lifecycle, retention, CRM, or experimentation in high-growth environments.
Strong candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience owning retention and LTV metrics at scale: You have led lifecycle, retention, engagement, or CRM initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of personalization and behavioral psychology: You know how to build journeys and experiences that drive engagement and long-term value.
- Sharp instinct for UX, copy, and digital customer experience: You care deeply about clarity, trust, and reducing friction in digital products.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset: You are comfortable using data to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities, and influence business outcomes.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams: You know how to develop talent, create accountability, and operate cross-functionally.
- Clear and structured communicator: You can align senior stakeholders and simplify complex ideas into actionable decisions.
- High standards for execution and craft: You move quickly while maintaining strong attention to quality and detail.
