About the role (What you'll be doing)

You will bring Juniper's brand to life through high-quality design execution across all channels. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director - Art, your mission is to create visually compelling work that maintains our craft standards, drives commercial outcomes, and elevates the perception of our brand at every touchpoint.

Your role is to translate creative concepts into polished, on-brand design work that performs. You'll create everything from social ads and landing pages to email templates and display banners—ensuring every piece of design feels unmistakably Juniper and meets our high standards for quality. You understand that beautiful design should drive results, and you hold yourself to that standard.

Your success is defined by your ability to consistently deliver design work that not only looks beautiful, but performs—stopping thumbs on social, building trust on landing pages, driving conversions, and making customers want to engage with our brand.

We'll also expect you to:

  • Design Across Multiple Channels: Create high-quality design work for social ads, display, landing pages, email, web, OOH, and any other touchpoints where customers interact with Juniper. Ensure visual consistency and quality across the full funnel.
  • Execute Creative Concepts: Work with the Associate Creative Director - Art and Senior Copywriter to bring campaign concepts to life. You'll take creative direction and turn it into polished, performance-ready assets that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain High Craft Standards: Ensure everything you create adheres to Juniper's visual identity and craft standards. You're a guardian of the brand—making sure every asset feels premium, purposeful, and on-brand. You hold yourself to high standards and push your work to be exceptional.
  • Design for Performance & Commercial Impact: Work closely with the Performance team to understand what's driving conversions and revenue. Use data and testing insights to iterate on your designs and optimise for commercial outcomes. You understand that design decisions directly impact business results.
  • Bring Creative Ideas: Don't just execute briefs—bring visual ideas and creative thinking to the table. Explore new formats, visual approaches, and design solutions that keep our work fresh and effective.
  • Adapt for Each Touchpoint: Understand that what works in a Meta ad won't work in an EDM. Adapt your design approach to suit the channel, the audience mindset, and where they are in the funnel—while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Move Fast Without Sacrificing Quality: Deliver high volumes of design work across multiple campaigns and channels while maintaining the quality standards set by the Associate Creative Director - Art. Know when to polish and when to ship and iterate.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers to create integrated work. You understand that great design doesn't exist in a vacuum.
  • Stay Current & Inspired: Keep up with design trends, platform best practices, and what's working in the market. Bring fresh visual references and ideas to the team.

About you (Who you are)

  • Experienced Multi-Channel Designer: 2-4 years designing for digital channels—social, display, web, email. You understand how design needs to adapt for different formats and funnel stages.
  • Creative Thinker: You don't just execute—you bring ideas. You explore different visual approaches and aren't afraid to push concepts further or suggest alternative directions.
  • Commercially Minded: You understand that design drives business outcomes. You care about conversion rates, engagement metrics, and how your work contributes to revenue. You see the link between craft and commercial impact.
  • High Standards: You hold yourself to exceptional quality standards. You sweat the details—the kerning, the colour shift, the awkward crop—and you take pride in producing polished, high-quality work that you're proud to put your name on.
  • Performance-Minded: You're comfortable working with performance data and using insights to improve your work. You understand that beautiful design should also drive results.
  • Versatile: You can design a thumb-stopping social ad, a conversion-focused landing page, a clean email template, and an impactful OOH execution—and you know how each one needs to be different.
  • Brand Guardian: You can work within an established visual identity while finding ways to keep the work feeling fresh. You understand the difference between consistency and repetition.
  • Collaborative: You work well with copywriters, strategists, and other designers. You're open to feedback and understand that great work comes from collaboration.
  • Fast Learner: You can quickly understand product benefits, campaign objectives, and brand strategy, then translate that into effective design.
  • Empathetic & Culturally Aware: You understand that Juniper operates in a sensitive category. Your design choices reflect empathy, credibility, and respect for the audience's journey.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift, campaigns launch quickly, and you're working on multiple projects at once.
