About the role (What you'll be doing)

You will be the visual storyteller capturing Juniper's brand through all types of video content. Reporting to the Content & Production Lead, your mission is to consistently deliver high-quality video work that elevates our brand and drives performance across all channels—whether that's a big production shoot or a quick moment you've captured on the fly.

Your role is to shoot, edit, and deliver video content at pace—whether that's a polished TVC featuring ambassadors, behind-the-scenes content from a product shoot, or authentic moments captured because you saw an opportunity and knew it would resonate with our customers. You'll need to be equally comfortable on a large production set as you are identifying and capturing genuine moments that naturally connect with our audience. No matter the scale, the quality bar stays high.

Your success is defined by your ability to consistently deliver video content that not only looks beautiful, but performs—stopping thumbs on social, building credibility through production value, and making our brand feel premium and authentic.

We'll also expect you to:

  • Shoot Across All Scales: Lead and execute video shoots from high-production campaign shoots with ambassadors and talent to quick content captures. You're comfortable with both and deliver quality regardless of scale.
  • Be Opportunistic & Customer-Focused: Understand our customers deeply—what resonates with them, what builds trust, what feels authentic. Spot opportunities to capture content that will naturally connect, whether that's a genuine customer moment, a behind-the-scenes story, or an unexpected angle on our product.
  • Deliver High-Quality Content Consistently: Maintain high production standards across everything you create—whether it's a 30-second TVC or a quick Instagram Story. Lighting, composition, audio, and editing should always feel premium and intentional.
  • Edit & Post-Produce: Own the full video production process from shoot through to final delivery. Edit content quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. You know how to work fast without sacrificing craft.
  • Create Platform-Native Content: Understand the nuances of different platforms and formats. What works for a TVC won't work for TikTok. Adapt your shooting and editing style to suit the channel and where the content will live.
  • Collaborate on Creative Concepts: Work with the Production Lead, Associate Creative Director - Art, Senior Copywriter, and creative team to understand the brief and bring video concepts to life. You're not just a technical operator—you bring creative ideas to the shoot.
  • Move Fast & Stay Flexible: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you might be shooting a brand campaign one day and capturing opportunistic content the next. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Manage Equipment & Production: Own the video equipment, ensure everything is maintained and ready to go, and manage the practical side of production—from booking locations to coordinating talent schedules for smaller shoots.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Performance, Social, and Editorial teams to understand what content is needed and what's performing. Use insights to inform your approach and iterate on what's working.

About you (Who you are)

  • Experienced Multi-Format Videographer: 3-5 years shooting and editing video content for brands, agencies, or in-house teams. You've worked across campaign production, social content, and everything in between.
  • High Standards, Always: You take pride in delivering high-quality work regardless of the scale or speed of the project. You know how to maintain production value whether you're on a big shoot or capturing something quickly.
  • Customer Intuition: You have a strong sense of what will resonate with audiences. You understand our customers and can spot moments, angles, and stories that will naturally connect with them.
  • Opportunistic & Proactive: You don't wait for the brief—you see opportunities and capture them. You notice the moments that others miss and know when to hit record.
  • Versatile & Adaptable: You're equally comfortable on a large production set with a crew as you are running a solo shoot with minimal gear. You can switch between modes without compromising quality.
  • Platform-Native: You understand the nuances of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and TVC. You know how to shoot and edit content that feels native to each platform and drives performance.
  • Creative Thinker: You don't just execute the brief—you bring ideas. You suggest shot lists, angles, and creative approaches that make the content more engaging and effective.
  • Technically Proficient: You're skilled with camera equipment, lighting, audio, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). You know how to troubleshoot on set and solve technical challenges quickly.
  • Fast & Efficient: You can turn around content quickly without sacrificing quality. You know when to spend time polishing and when to ship and iterate.
  • Collaborative: You work well with creative teams, talent, and stakeholders. You take direction well but also know when to offer your expertise and push back constructively.
  • Empathetic & Culturally Aware: You understand that Juniper operates in a sensitive category. You create an environment on set that makes talent feel comfortable, especially when shooting content about women's health.
  • Commercially Minded: You understand that video content drives business outcomes. You care about how your work performs and use insights to improve future content.
  • Resilient & Resourceful: You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You problem-solve on the fly and don't need perfect conditions to deliver great work.
