  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
  • Tailored our offering to thousand of patients in Germany and Japan

About the role (What you'll be doing)

You will support the day-to-day execution of communications activity that builds and protects Juniper’s brand reputation. Reporting to the Head of Editorial, your mission is to help tell our story compellingly and consistently through the media, our owned channels, and every piece of content we put into the world.

You aren't here to just tick off admin tasks. Your role is to be a proactive, curious contributor to our communications effort, someone who understands that every press release, media pitch, and social caption is an opportunity to deepen trust with our audience and grow our presence in the market.

At its core, good PR is about building real relationships — with journalists, with audiences, and with the communities we serve. Your success will be defined by your ability to communicate clearly, move quickly, and bring genuine care and attention to everything you produce.

We'll also expect you to:

  • Support Media Relations & Outreach: Draft press releases and story pitches, maintain and grow our media lists, and manage inbound media inquiries. You'll develop an instinct for what makes a story compelling and learn how to get it in front of the right journalists at the right time.
  • Create Compelling Content: As needed write articles, newsletters, and social media copy that reinforces our brand voice and supports our communications objectives.
  • Monitor Coverage & Report on Performance: Track media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast. Produce regular reports on campaign performance and keep the team informed of relevant industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging narratives.
  • Support Events & Activations: Assist with the planning and execution of events, press days, and ambassador photoshoots including logistics, briefing documents, run sheets, and on-the-ground coordination.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle administrative tasks that keep the team organised. The details matter, and you take pride in getting them right.
  • Stay Ahead of Opportunities: Proactively monitor platforms for opportunities to insert our brand into relevant conversations. Bring ideas to the team before they're asked for.

About you (Who you are)

  • A Strong Communicator: You write clearly, concisely and with purpose. Whether it's a formal press release or a casual social caption, you adapt your tone to the context and always consider the audience.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball. You take pride in the quality of your work and don't let things slip through the cracks.
  • Proactive & Curious: You don't wait to be told what to do. You're always reading the news, spotting opportunities, and coming to the team with ideas and solutions.
  • Platform-Savvy: You understand how Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms work, and you know that content isn't one-size-fits-all. You're up to date on trends and know what resonates where.
  • Research-Ready: You're comfortable digging into industry trends, media landscapes, and competitor activity to inform your work and bring useful insights to the team.
  • Technically Proficient: You're comfortable working across a variety of platforms. You pick up new tools quickly.
  • A Team Player: You work well with others, take feedback constructively, and understand that your role is to support the broader team in delivering great outcomes for the brand.
  • Genuinely Passionate: You care about communications as a craft. You follow journalists, read widely, and are excited by the idea of building a brand's reputation from the ground up.
