About the role (What you'll be doing)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manger to grow Juniper’s social presence in the UK.

You'll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of all platforms in the UK. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage role at the intersection of brand, performance and product.

  • Shaping and executing our social media strategy across platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
  • Partnering with our Content Creative to create engaging, social-first content
  • Managing and maintaining content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent publishing
  • Scheduling and publishing posts across channels, using social tools and platform-native features
  • Monitoring and responding to comments and messages, helping build a trusted and supportive community
  • Tracking performance and compiling regular reports on key metrics, insights, and learnings
  • Supporting creator and talent partnerships, helping coordinate briefs, timelines, and content delivery
  • Staying up to date with platform trends and identifying opportunities to test new formats or ideas
  • Working cross-functionally with Paid, Creative, and Product teams to ensure alignment across campaigns

About you (Who you are)

  • 5+ years experience in social media or content roles, ideally within a consumer or healthcare brand
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and what performs well
  • Highly organised, with experience managing content calendars and multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable with analytics and reporting, with a data-informed mindset
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with creators, clinicians, agencies, and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about health, wellness, or building meaningful consumer brands
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous, high-ownership environment
