Eucalyptus is expanding from Australia to the UK and we are seeking a talented digital designer to to take ownership over designing our landing pages, ads and ecommerce experiences. You will be creating, maintaining and implementing designs from our design system. These are the vital first impressions we give to customers when they enter our ecosystem.
Working across our portfolio of brands (starting with two), the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help define how our brands live digitally, and pave a new way forward for online health in the UK. You will be the first digital designer in our UK Growth Marketing team, but will also have regular interaction and coaching from our Australian Growth Marketing team.
About the role (What you'll be doing)
- Leverage your design skills to help form and implement an adaptable design process across multiple streams of work, including Landing Pages, eCommerce Shopfronts, and our Ads (broad initially but scope to focus on one stream as the team grows)
- Use Figma to turn a brief or lo-fi wireframe into a hi-fi design that developers can use to create the experiences in Webflow or Shopify
- Create pixel-perfect, intuitive digital experiences that build trust in our healthcare brands, and spark joy for our users
- Work with product, content design, developers and conversion rate optimisers to create the best versions of our first-impression experiences
- Design mobile responsive experiences and consider different user behaviours and experience pathways when it comes to the UX of an experience (error states, cross-sells, logged in vs logged out etc)
- Edit (and retouch) images and create icons using Adobe Creative Suite
- Contribute to brand design systems for each of our different telehealth brands ensuring it is on-brand
- Design digital assets, test, and optimise based on their performance
- Iterate new designs based on user feedback
About You (Who you are)
Ideal:
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Expertise with standard digital design tools
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities
- Experience in landing pages and/or performance marketing design
- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences
- Comfortable with quantitative input to inform design
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- You know how to get buy-in from key stakeholders; working in a team. You’ve got a track record of bringing people on the journey with you – they know what’s changing and why
Bonus:
- Familiarity with Webflow and/or Shopify
- Experience in health and wellbeing, with an ability to approach healthcare content with maturity, empathy and understanding
- Experience working at a startup
