About Us

Euclid Power is a renewable energy software and services company that is building the operating system for the renewable energy industry; we make data management and workflow tools to help project developers and investors build more renewable energy projects. We believe it is time that the process of deploying renewable energy projects was powered by software, as much as social media or online ads.

Euclid is trusted by some of the largest solar investors, solar developers, utilities, and technology integrators to provide software, guidance, and project diligence support. Euclid is a company of 55 led by a world-class team of renewable energy, software, product, and project management veterans. Our solutions have driven the creation of over 3GW of renewable energy capacity across hundreds of projects.

Our company is committed to hiring talented team members and advisors who are hardworking, passionate, and committed to our mission. Hires at this stage will immediately contribute to the DNA of our product, processes, and, most importantly, culture. At Euclid, learning, growing, and testing the best ideas are central to our approach to solving one of the world’s most important challenges: climate change.

About The Role & Team

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Staff Product Manager for our Product group. Reporting to the CTO, this individual will join forces with our Senior Product Manager and Engineering leadership, who are all committed to making a sizable impact on the future of the renewable energy industry.

If you’re a hands-on product leader who enjoys deeply understanding user problems, uncovering product solutions to thorny problems, and thinking strategically to building a thriving business, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who aligns with and contributes to our values: excellence, ownership, customer obsession, thinking big, growth, and care. This is a remote role with hubs in NY, SF and PDX and we are only hiring candidates based in the US at this time.

What You’ll Do

  • Combine an empathetic understanding of user needs with deep dives into the solar industry and business concerns, to generate new insights and ideas.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to drive teams forward, breaking down complex tasks and rallying teams around the work.
  • Define and shape Euclid’s product solutions through well-articulated PRDs and ad hoc forums.
  • Play a key role in developing Euclid’s long-term product strategy, vision and roadmap.
  • Manage one or more early and mid-career PMs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience leading high-impact product initiatives in both large product organization and smaller scrappier startup environments.
  • Previous experience leading product development teams including mentoring and coaching, hiring and performance management.
  • Experience integrating user input, executive feedback, and industry insights into a cohesive strategy.
  • A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams through team-building, collaborative problem solving, and driving consensus.
  • World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame.
  • An understanding of how web applications are architected and built, and implications for how products are built.

What We Provide

  • Benefits package (401K, Health Insurance, Remote Work, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays)
  • Opportunity for early equity awards and share in the growth of the firm you are helping build
  • Professional credential obtainment sponsorship (PMP, PE, CFA, Software)
  • Multidisciplinary exposure and training (Tax, Legal, Finance, Diligence, Engineering etc.)
  • Opportunity to learn and grow in a truly supportive, collaborative, dynamic, and diverse environment
  • Exposure to high-profile, industry leading clients, products, and technology

We are committed to building an inclusive working environment and doing our part to create a more equitable world. We strongly encourage applicants from underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities to apply.

The base salary range for this role is $189,000-$210,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
