People Operations Generalist

We are looking for a People Operations Generalist who is excited to partner with our team to build and manage all aspects of the HR function. This role will be instrumental in shaping our company culture by working closely with employees across the organization to ensure adherence to policies, facilitate access to resources, and promote our core values.
About The Role & Team
As a People Operations Generalist, you will play a key role in building a growing HR function, working directly with our Head of People to develop a deep understanding of our employee lifecycle and the infrastructure that is needed to support it. You’ll be on the front line of employee support with the goal of ensuring that our people practices align with Euclid’s values and growth goals.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns with the goal of building trust and providing inclusive, high-quality customer service.
- Build processes that operationalize HR support, ensuring that employees understand and are informed about company policies and available resources.
- Partner with our team to build and manage effective and scalable HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle (including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, medical and parental leaves, required trainings, etc.)
- Partner with our Talent and Onboarding team to build a seamless candidate-to-new-hire experience
- With support from Head of People and Finance team, you will manage payroll and benefits evaluation administration, compliance and other HR-related administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records and data, ensuring accuracy and scalability. Work with our team to set, track, and analyze metrics relating to our employee base
- Stay informed with industry trends and compliance updates to better inform our people strategies
- Support our Head of People in the planning and execution of our performance management, engagement, compensation, and management support initiatives
- Assist with planning company events and culture moments, including in-person offsites, swag organization, and virtual gatherings

What You Have
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources/people operations, preferably within a high-growth startup environment
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail, ability to quickly prioritize and juggle priorities in a high-volume environment
- Adept at setting, tracking, and translating HR data analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using Justworks, or similar PEO systems, is a plus

The starting base salary for this role is between $90,000-$110,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as education, experience, skills, and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity and benefits.
