Executive Assistant

New York, New York - Hybrid

Euclid: Where Projects Take Shape

We are in search of a high-performing, collaborative Senior Executive Assistant, who will report to the CEO while supporting the executive leadership team for a fast-growing startup with a hub in NYC. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of a dynamic company - driving operational efficiency and excellence at a pivotal stage of our growth.

In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders to manage shifting priorities, streamline communication, and bring structure to a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Beyond executive support, you'll play a key role in coordinating across teams, supporting company-wide operations and enabling leadership to stay focused.

You're someone who anticipates needs before they arise, thrives in the middle of organized chaos and knows how to keep things moving without missing the details. This is a role that is ideal for someone who is energized building processes and systems, enjoys working across teams and is execited to be a key part of a small, ambitious leadership team driving toward big goals.

Who We Are

At Euclid, we’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy so that we can decarbonize the planet as fast as possible. We empower renewable energy teams to accomplish in days what typically takes weeks.

We care about doing meaningful work, delivering real value and results to our customers. We’re passionate about solving real problems by focusing on what truly matters. We’re passionate about our work, and we’re building products and services that our customers genuinely love and trust. We’re not afraid to think big and be bold, as we’re building not only a future we believe in but a workplace culture that we’re proud to be a part of.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support: Be a pivotal contributor to keeping the trains running and on time. You’ll keep our CEO and co-founders organized and focused by managing fast-moving calendars, coordinating key meetings (internal and external) and understand the day-to-day to pivot when priorities shift.

Meeting & Logistic Coordination: Ensure meetings, including executive leadership meetings, Board meetings, conferences, and offsites run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll own and collaborate with other internal stakeholders on the finer details including planning and scheduling, agenda prep to materials, follow-ups and travel logistics.

Time Management: Act as a filter and a force multiplier—helping the CEO and co-founders stay focused on what matters most while keeping distractions at bay. This may include blocking off “focus” time, carving in meeting prep, or travel time.

Rhythm & Routine: Support the company’s internal cadence by helping run weekly leadership meetings, planning cycles, and other key moments throughout the year. You thrive in an environment where you’re creating repeatable processes and systems. You’re tenacious, and you know how to push things forward, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Office Management/Support: Located in a co-working space in NYC, you’ll schedule and check in visitors and will manage office equipment requests, seating arrangements, and general office tidiness.

Special Projects: Jump in wherever needed— whether it’s sending swag and gifts, planning an event, or digging into a new initiative.

Who You Are

You bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant within a corporate environment.

You thrive in fast-paced environments: You’re at your best when things are moving quickly. You know how to stay focused, organized, and a few steps ahead—even when the path isn’t fully clear.

You bring calm to chaos: Ambiguity doesn’t throw you. You’re resourceful, solution-oriented, and quick to figure things out when plans shift or priorities change.

You know how to protect time: You understand what’s urgent and what’s not. You’re confident making judgment calls and managing competing demands on an executive’s schedule.

You communicate clearly and confidently: Whether it’s writing an email or jumping into a meeting, you know how to get your point across with clarity and warmth.

You handle sensitive information with care: You operate with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. You’re trusted with the details that matter.

You’re a relationship builder: You build strong, positive relationships with everyone from team members to investors, and you represent the CEO with thoughtfulness and credibility.
