Senior Product Manager

NYC OR Remote

Who We Are

Euclid Power is the operating system for the renewable energy industry. We offer a diligence, development, and data management platform alongside world-class execution services to help project developers and investors deploy renewable energy faster than ever before. We believe it is time that the process of deploying renewable energy projects was powered by software, as much as social media or online ads and that by doing so, we can help more projects start, fewer fail, and accelerate the world's transition to clean energy.

Who We’re Looking For

As the Senior Product Manager on our platform intelligence team, you'll build AI-powered tools that simplify complex renewable energy workflows. You'll work directly with customers to identify pain points, and collaborate across leadership, engineering, and design to define, prioritize, and ship features that accelerate clean energy deployment.

What You’ll Do

  • Product strategy & execution: Engage with the leadership team to steer strategy. Define and ship features that enhance our platform.
  • User research & experimentation: Proactively gather feedback from our renewable energy professionals, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Translate insights into pragmatic features and improvements.
  • Stakeholder management: Manage stakeholders across all areas of the business to gather expertise and get buy-in.
  • Collaboration: Partner with engineering and design to define product roadmaps that reflect the priorities of the business and maximize customer value.
  • Build domain expertise: Become a renewable energy expert by working with Euclid’s team and customers who are actively executing on over 1GW of renewable energy projects. Become a trusted advisor both internally and externally.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment (series A to growth).
  • Track record of shipping enterprise software or building features for niche specializations or fields.
  • Curiosity and common sense—ask the right questions, cut through ambiguity, and structure simple solutions from messy problems.
  • Flexibility and openness—adapt quickly, stay open to new approaches, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathy for users and teammates—understand diverse perspectives, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create products people actually want to use.
  • Familiarity with AI—experience using, and ideally building, products that leverage AI; bonus points if you’ve applied it to automate workflows.
  • Passion for user research, experimentation, and building best practices into our workflows.
  • Excitement about renewable energy and working at a scrappy startup making a real impact.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • ⌨️ Remote work, forever!
  • ✨ Competitive, benchmarked compensation
  • 🩺 Health and retirement benefits
  • 🌴 Flexible time off
  • 🚀 Exciting, mission-driven work that has impact
  • 🎈 Regular company off-sites

How You’ll Be Compensated

The starting base salary for this role is between $170,000 and $190,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation. The actual base salary and equity is dependent upon many factors, such as location, experience and internal compensation equity. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

We are committed to building an inclusive working environment and doing our part to create a more equitable world. We strongly encourage applicants from underrepresented and/or historically marginalized communities to apply.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
