About the Role
Eudia is seeking a Technical Recruiter eager to grow with our People & Talent team as we develop our fast-evolving AI and legal tech platform. In this role, you’ll take on full-cycle recruiting to attract world-class engineers, product managers, legal experts, and AI specialists, ensuring we build diverse, high-performing teams to fuel our mission. You’ll partner with hiring managers and the rest of the Talent team to create innovative sourcing strategies, and champion Eudia’s employer brand while maintaining a candidate-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Drive full cycle recruiting for critical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and legal operations experts, with a focus on AI and legal tech talent.
- Support the development of innovative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent team to develop job descriptions and manage hiring timelines against business needs.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Own offer negotiations, coordinate with HR for onboarding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to hire.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and report on hiring pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Must be local to Palo Alto or be willing to relocate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience recruiting in either a fast-paced tech startup OR 1-3 years working for a recruiting agency dedicated to filling high bar technical roles for start-ups.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing technical roles (e.g., engineering, data science, product).
- Experience sourcing passive candidates, using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable), and leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
- Familiarity with the AI, legal tech, or enterprise software industries is a plus.

Compensation Range: $120,00 - $145,000
The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. This is a base salary compensation range and we encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
