Growth Lead

Palo Alto, CA; Irvine, CA ; New York, NY
About Eudia:

Eudia is redefining the future of legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, enabling Fortune 500 legal teams to move faster, manage risk more effectively, and unlock new business value. Backed by $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re building a category-defining platform that blends AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal from a cost center into a strategic growth driver.

At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.

We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal —we’d love to meet you.

About the Role:
As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for creating, shaping, and scaling a new commercial motion that introduces Eudia to net-new segments across major global industries. You will operate as a full-cycle seller, builder, and strategist—crafting pipeline, developing use cases, experimenting with new GTM approaches, and closing business with senior stakeholders.
This role is designed for a creative, product-fluent, AI-native commercial leader who thrives with autonomy, builds value without needing explicit direction, and enjoys forging new paths in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. You will partner closely with Product and Marketing to refine positioning, deepen understanding of customer workflows, and bring new use cases to market. You must be relentless, inventive, and eager to model what next-generation AI-GTM excellence looks like.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Creation & Pipeline Generation
  • Build and own your pipeline from scratch through creative outbound, AI-enhanced prospecting, and strategic market mapping.
  • Identify whitespace and emerging opportunities across the world’s most important organizations.
  • Create compelling narratives and outreach strategies that resonate with General Counsel, Legal Ops, and business leaders.
Full-Cycle Ownership
  • Run the entire sales process end-to-end—from discovery to value mapping to negotiation and close.
  • Engage senior executives with confidence, building trust quickly in highly sophisticated, risk-sensitive environments.
  • Apply strong product fluency to explain Eudia’s technology clearly and help customers understand real-world applications.
Innovation, Product Fluency & GTM Experimentation
  • Partner closely with Product to stay deeply informed about capabilities, technical foundations, and emerging features.
  • Work with Marketing to co-develop storytelling, campaigns, and outbound strategies that scale emerging motions.
  • Test new GTM motions, messaging, and channels, rapidly iterating based on customer signal and performance.
AI-GTM Leadership
  • Leverage AI to amplify your research, personalization, prioritization, and operational tempo.
  • Serve as a model of modern AI-GTM execution inside a next-generation commercial organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Operate as connective tissue across Product, Marketing, Deployment, and Leadership teams.
  • Surface early signals and patterns from the field that unlock new opportunities or industry pathways.

Qualifications:
Experience
  • Significant experience (typically 5–10+ years) driving new business in enterprise or complex B2B environments.
  • Proven success building pipeline independently and closing sophisticated deals without an established playbook.
  • Strong product fluency and technical aptitude—comfortable understanding and explaining AI systems, workflows, and product capabilities.
  • Experience selling into regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, or healthcare is a strong plus.
  • Bonus: JD or experience understanding legal workflows, risk, or compliance-driven organizations.
Skills & Mindsets
  • AI-native and GTM-fluent, with a strong ability to use AI to scale commercial impact.
  • Independent, creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and builds structure from scratch.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and value articulation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward experimentation and rapid iteration.
  • High ownership mentality; drives outcomes, not activities.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
  • Impactful Work: Be part of a team that’s at the forefront of AI innovation.
  • Growth Opportunities: Work in an environment that encourages professional growth and the exploration of new ideas.
  • Dynamic Culture: Join a group of passionate, driven individuals who are committed to making a difference.

If you’re ready to take on the challenge and make an impact in a rapidly evolving industry, we want to hear from you!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
