Opportunity for Impact

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of people, talent, and community-building. As our Talent Partner, you will play a key role in hiring, developing, and engaging our external talent base - and, at times, supporting permanent hiring across the business - helping to shape the community of expert legal consultants and employees that powers Eudia’s growth as it doubles in size over the next 8 to 12 months and beyond.

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our delivery, and GTM teams to attract, onboard, and engage new hire consultants & new employees. You will act as a bridge between our external talent base and the wider business, turning recruitment, onboarding, and community-building into a seamless, people-first experience.

This role is ideal for a driven, collaborative people professional who thrives in a fast-scaling environment and is excited to build a culture and community that both our consultants and permanent employees love being part of.

Your profile

  • Take ownership of the recruitment of new consultants - and, from time to time, permanent employees - to the Eudia community, which will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Form solid ties with relevant bodies that will aid recruitment efforts inclusive of Colleges, Universities, Law Societies.
  • Oversee the administrative aspect of new consultant and employee onboarding, verifying that all required documentation is accurate and stored within the documentation platform.
  • Tracking and reporting on hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health, retention) and using the data to spot trends.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of consultants and fixed term staff members when needed.
  • Ownership of our hiring & consultant management system.
  • Assist with the creation of profiles in line with the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to attend and organize community events, networking events, and meet-ups with the goal of promoting the Eudia Community of consultants.
  • Proactively work on developing a culture and community within our consultant base.
  • Support our external talent base with ongoing training and L&D opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years+ experience in a dynamic, scaling people role
  • Experienced in recruitment within the Republic of Ireland and/or UK market.
  • High level of experience in all areas of Talent Management including, recruitment, talent identification, talent development, engagement, and retention.
  • Comfortable with employment law, with particular knowledge of the laws associated with contracts for service as well as permanent employment contracts.
  • Legal recruitment experience with a background in onboarding and offboarding would be a distinct advantage.
  • An in-depth awareness of company culture and how to develop and enhance a culture that people enjoy working within

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Impactful Work: Be part of a team at the forefront of AI innovation and Augmented Intelligence.
  • Autonomy: You’ll own strategy and execution, not just tasks.
  • Growth Opportunities: Work in an environment that encourages professional growth and exploration of new ideas.
  • Dynamic Culture: Join a group of passionate, driven individuals committed to making a difference.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
