The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you'll put deep, hands-on contracts expertise to work at the intersection of law and technology - drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for some of the world's most recognisable companies using Eudia’s proprietary, market leading AI platform. You'll be embedded within our Delivery team and partner closely with our Commercial team to ensure seamless deployment of our AI-Augmented services, leading to high-quality customer outcomes.
You'll work across a broad range of agreement types - including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, procurement contracts, purchase and sales agreements, and vendor agreements - bringing real drafting, review, and negotiation experience to bear to produce high quality, timely deliverables for our customers.
Your success will be measured by your ability to understand our customers' legal requirements, draft and negotiate complex agreements and partner with technical colleagues to continue developing our AI platforms.
What You'll Do
- Draft, review and negotiate complex agreements
- Review customer agreements and engage directly with customer stakeholders to understand how drafting, review, and negotiation actually happen in practice - identifying gaps between documented guidance and reality
- Work with Eudia’s product team on refining the output based on your own observations and customer feedback
- Carefully track review speed for each customer and measure the improvements secured through implementation of the technology
- Provide feedback to Eudia's product team on what's working, what isn't, and lessons learned through live contracting work
- Act as a mentor for junior team members, helping them to develop and carrying out checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across their reviews
About You
You're a contracts professional who has spent 10+ years drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and who is genuinely excited about the idea of using technology to change how that work gets done. You're just as comfortable in a room with a customer's legal team working through the nuance of a playbook as you are owning your own contracting workload.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years' experience reviewing, negotiating on a wide range of commercial agreements
- Proven experience writing, refining, or implementing contract playbooks either in-house or in a consulting/delivery capacity
- Familiarity with legal tech platforms (CLM, AI contract review tools, workflow automation) and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Strong customer-facing skills - confident leading conversations with senior legal stakeholders at large, complex organisations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high growth environment where strategies and processes evolve rapidly.
- Passionate about developing those around you through thoughtful feedback, guidance, and hands-on mentorship
Qualifications
- Law degree (LLB) or equivalent
- Legal qualification (solicitor or barrister) a plus, though not essential - depth of hands-on contracts experience matters mostExperience within an in-house legal department, an alternative legal solution provider, or a legal technology environment is a plus
