About the Role
We’re looking for experienced contracts consultants with commercial contracts expertise to work across a range of exciting projects with Fortune 500 companies.
Eudia Counsel is building a talent community of Consultants for upcoming projects with leading international organisations. Projects typically range from 6-12 months in length, with strong potential to extend beyond that timeframe. We can offer full-time and part-time hours, with some flexibility as to when those hours are completed.
Project Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, supplier and reseller agreements, technology contracts, SaaS and licensing terms, and data processing agreements
- Run negotiations end to end, from first draft to signature, working directly with client stakeholders and counterparties
- Advise on contractual risk in a clear, commercial way, escalating issues to the client’s in-house team where appropriate
- Support template, playbook and process improvements to help client legal teams work faster and more consistently
- Embed quickly into client teams, build strong working relationships and represent Eudia Counsel to a high professional standard
- Use Eudia’s AI-powered platform and legal technology tooling to accelerate review and improve quality
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial contracts, gained in-house or in private practice
- Strong track record drafting and negotiating commercial agreements at both volume and complexity
- Commercially minded, with the judgement to balance legal risk against business priorities
- Able to work independently, manage competing deadlines and embed quickly into a new team
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deal directly with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable using legal technology and AI-enabled tools as part of day-to-day delivery
