Marketing Analytics Specialist

Eulerity is seeking a detail oriented and communicative Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting with complex business reviews, leveraging data to provide actionable insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for transforming data into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign metrics, trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executives and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Develop visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Must be proficient with Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides)
  • Must have experience and familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4). Experience with other data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) would be preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders of all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience in data visualization and creating compelling narratives with data.
  • Possess a detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Quick learner and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Additional Requirement:

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation: 

​​Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.
