We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to optimize our lead generation and sales enablement efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will be instrumental in driving qualified leads, enhancing sales productivity, and ensuring the seamless integration of our marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic B2B Drip Marketing Campaigns:

    • Develop and execute targeted, data-driven drip marketing campaigns tailored to the complex buying cycles of B2B clients.
    • Utilize HubSpot's advanced automation features to segment audiences, personalize communications, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
    • Create compelling B2B content, including case studies, white papers, and thought leadership pieces, to engage and educate prospects.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, MQL to SQL conversion) and optimize for maximum ROI.

    Targeted B2B LinkedIn Ads Management:

    • Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn advertising campaigns to reach decision-makers and influencers within our target B2B industries.
    • Utilize LinkedIn's advanced targeting options to segment audiences based on job title, industry, and company size.
    • Create compelling ad copy and creative that resonates with B2B audiences and drives lead generation.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports on ROI.

    Marketing Operations & HubSpot Ecosystem Management:

    • Own the full HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing & Sales Hubs), taking responsibility for its architecture, data integrity, and the optimization of all automation and workflows.
    • Design, implement, and maintain scalable lead lifecycle processes, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and recycling, while ensuring database health through enrichment, segmentation, and deduplication.
    • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track full-funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Close) and oversee the UTM and campaign tracking framework to ensure accurate attribution and ROI measurement.
    • Drive process documentation and training for all HubSpot users, and collaborate with leadership to design scalable campaign frameworks and identify new automation opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales operations, ideally within a SaaS company.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, with a focus on B2B marketing and sales automation (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, and Operations Hub).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, including account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Proven experience with website analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with a focus on B2B metrics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and integration tools such as n8n, Lovable, Lindy, and Braze.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns for B2B audiences.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on B2B communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic B2B environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software quickly.
  • Experience with CRM management.

Compensation: 

​​Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $85,000 - $92,000, commensurate with experience.
