
Customer Success Director
Eulerity is a rapidly growing technology company providing marketing automation technology to multi-location and distributed enterprises, across many vertical industries.
Our industry recognized proprietary software solution supports the creation, execution, and analysis of paid marketing across all major digital channels including Google Search, Social Media (Facebook / Instagram), Display, & Video. We are currently seeking a dedicated, communicative and strategic Director of Customer Success to support our growing client base and Customer Success team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of motivated, eager and high-performing Account Managers as they work directly with our users and corporate clients
- Act as main point of contact, along with Account Managers, for corporate clients from varying brands using our technology to market their businesses
- Drive onboarding new brand clients, shepherding them through the configuration and launch process, exhibiting an ability to consistently communicate our value, and early identification and resolution of risks and obstacles
- Develop and manage processes and initiatives for user adoption, retention and expansion
- Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and how our platform can help them achieve business goals
- Understand client objectives and KPIs, and steward successful use of the Eulerity platform
- Guide Account Managers through the planning, execution and presentation of analytical reviews of marketing performance for brand clients
- Partner with Marketing and Engineering on product feedback, new product features, client communication, among other things
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant Digital Marketing Customer Success / Account Management experience Preferred at a marketing agency, marketing automation platform, or in house agency
- Quick learner and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and train clients and users
- Very organized and keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Out-of-the-box thinker with problem-solving / consultative approach
- High energy and teamwork mentality is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.
