Revenue Systems Lead

Remote

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms. We help them handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow — with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution.

The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native: managed, scaled, and optimized by intelligent systems, not manual processes. Eve is how they get there.

If you want to work on AI that's already changing how law gets practiced, come build it with us.

Why Join Eve:

Product-market fit: Eve is used by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.

Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.

Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.

AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.

Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect and Own the Revenue Tech Stack: Own Eve’s GTM systems infrastructure, including HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Orum, Vitally, etc. Recommend additional tools as the company scales, with a clear point of view on what earns a place in the stack.
  • Build AI-Powered Workflows and Automations: Design and deploy AI-driven automations using Clay, Zapier, n8n, and other best-in-class tools to cut manual work and accelerate the revenue motion. Stay ahead of emerging tooling and bring new capabilities to the team.
  • Drive Data Hygiene and CRM Governance: Establish data standards, deduplication processes, and governance frameworks across all revenue systems. Build and maintain a single source of truth for pipeline and customer data.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Systems Projects: Own implementation of new tools and integrations from scoping through rollout and adoption. Manage multiple simultaneous projects with clear communication and consistent delivery.
  • Scale Systems for Hypergrowth: Build repeatable systems and playbooks that keep pace with hyper-growth. Spot bottlenecks before becoming blockers and move quickly to resolve.
  • Serve as the GTM Systems Connective Tissue: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn business needs into working systems. Be the person who gets things built, documented, and actually used.

What We're Looking For:

  • Seasoned GTM Systems Operator: 5+ years owning revenue systems in a B2B SaaS, sales-led environment. Proven ability to architect multi-tool GTM stacks and make immediate, measurable impact at a high-growth company.
  • Deep CRM and Sales Tech Expertise: Expert-level HubSpot proficiency (or comparable CRM) with strong working knowledge of Outreach, Apollo, Orum, Vitally, etc. You architect these tools, not just administer them.
  • AI Automation Fluency: Hands-on experience building automations with Clay, Zapier, and/or n8n. You default to “how can a system handle this?” and you know how to build it.
  • Data Governance Mindset: Deep commitment to data hygiene and CRM governance. You treat clean data as the foundation everything is built on, and you build systems accordingly.
  • Project Management Excellence: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, balance priorities, and drive projects to completion with precision and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Influence: Comfortable translating complex systems concepts for non-technical audiences and advocating for the right solutions with leadership. Builds trust across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.
  • High Tolerance for Ambiguity: Thrives where the playbook is still being written. Brings structure to undefined problems and is energized by building from scratch in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full Revenue Systems Lifecycle Ownership: Experience owning GTM systems from vendor evaluation through implementation, optimization, and deprecation. You know what good looks like because you’ve built it.
  • Automation-First Instincts: A habit of defaulting to automation, whether through no-code tools, API integrations, or light scripting. You build systems that run themselves.
  • Hypergrowth Track Record: Experience scaling GTM systems at a company growing 2x or faster, where priorities shift week to week and the systems have to keep up.
  • Startup Operator Mentality: Comfortable making confident decisions with incomplete information and shipping fast, while keeping the systems rigor that prevents technical debt from building up.
  • Cross-Functional Change Management: Proven ability to drive adoption across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance without relying on formal authority. You bring people along and make new processes stick.

Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
