THE TEAM

You’ll be joining a global team of experienced and talented Product Managers, Engineers and Designers who are focused on building a product that empowers and enables customers to participate in great live experiences. We are passionate about live events, motivated, collaborative, and a fun-loving team responsible for a high-growth, global business.

THE ROLE

With the largest event inventory on the planet, and millions of consumers using the platform for event discovery each month, a delightful, low friction consumer experience throughout is critical to our success. You’ll be responsible for driving initiatives that bring users back to discover events on and off (through LLMs) our platform over and over. You will define and execute on experiences in our consumer APP, on site and communications that inspire a repeat purchase. Additionally, you will be on the forefront of how Eventbrite shows up in Agentic products. 

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, creating a compelling vision for your product area and, defining a strategy and leading a team to ship high quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, data scientists and designers within and across Eventbrite.  This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team, directly impact millions of would-be event-goers, and help our consumer product become a trusted tool for exploring, and attending the best events on Eventbrite.

YOU WILL

Lead the ideation, research, design, development, and launch of user-centric products

Understand user needs; identify and define product requirements. Create clear goals for the team.

Set OKRs and drive product development with a world-class team of Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists to deliver impact for our business and users.

Use data and metrics, as well as user research, to inform your strategy and success criteria

THE SKILLSET

  • 4-7 years of product management experience, ideally with consumer products 
  • Great communication skills
  • Passion for live events, frequently attending events and buying tickets online
  • Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team
  • Data-driven, analytical problem solverUser-first mindset with experience in user research and testing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience with consumer mobile applications
    Experience with LLM and Agentic Products
  • Experience launching new products
  • Experience with user research and discovery

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Eventbrite, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. You may also be eligible to participate in Eventbrite’s incentive program(s) (such as equity, annual incentive bonus and commission plans), subject to the applicable rules and restrictions.

$155,800 - $194,800 USD
