Inventory Specialist, Reconditioning Operations (Full-Time, On-site)

The Role

As an Inventory Specialist in Reconditioning Operations, you will have direct ownership over inventory readiness, impacting margins and velocity. You will work with cutting-edge EV technology and build elite operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lot Management: Maintain organized vehicle queues (WIP and finished goods) and optimize lot space utilization to support operational efficiency and throughput.
   
• Inventory Control: Keep all inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspections and maintain vehicle charge levels. Conduct lot audits, maintain key organization systems, and reconcile physical inventory against system records, escalating discrepancies promptly.
   
• Logistics: Manage inbound and outbound unit flow, coordinate with carrier/shipping partners, execute vehicle ingress and egress, and ensure all handoffs meet compliance and quality standards.
   

What You Bring

• Experience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related field.
   
• A valid driver's license with a clean record.
   
• Strong attention to detail, physical and spatial awareness to safely manage lot space, and clear, timely communication.
   
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather and perform necessary physical tasks.

• Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and lot operations software is preferred.
