Location of Internship:  Lewisville TX – Hybrid work model

Full Time up to 40hr/week

Duration: May 26, 2025 - August 15, 2025

Summary 

This program is 12 weeks in length and will immerse you into the culture and operations of Ever.Ag. You will support the Human Resources department with initiatives focused on helping individuals come, stay, grow, and make a meaningful difference at Ever.Ag. We’re searching for an eager and motivated HR Intern to be involved in several ongoing HR functions and initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, HR data entry, completing HR paperwork properly, and making appropriate recommendations to enhance our HR department.

What are some potential projects? 

  • Supports coordination of various HR events and meetings.

  • Maintains employee files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Assists with the company’s monthly newsletter.

  • Assisting with employee experience journeys and SOPs.

  • Research HR best practices, legal updates, and other general HR related topics.

  • Proof HR communications

  • Create PowerPoints and polls/engagement activities for trainings and onboarding

  • Other duties as assigned

 

What competencies can you expect to receive/improve? 

  • General Human Resources Support: Ability to provide broad operational assistance, including project and administrative support and other functions as assigned

  • General Office Support: Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service focus, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, and engage in positive interactions while effectively meeting the needs of internal and external customers

  • Talent Acquisition – Candidate Experience: Learn to ensure an impressive candidate experience by providing thorough communication and assisting with candidate needs, as well as the hiring process and onboarding.

  • Talent Coordination: Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate activities related to the recruitment, pre-boarding, and orientation of new employees

  • Payroll/Benefits: Support general needs in payroll and benefits as needed

 

About You (Qualifications): 

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Must be located within a commutable distance to our office in Lewisville, TX to be considered

  • Project management experience or experience using Click Up preferred
